Member Appreciation Days
The Brief
Deliver a fall-centric Member Appreciation Days experience for Loyalty members — strengthening retention and emotional connection through immersive in-store activations, exclusive pricing, and best-of-category promotions.
Concepting
The process began collaboratively: designers, visual merchandisers, and copywriters pulled inspiration around fall events that could translate into meaningful brand activations. Three concepts were presented to stakeholders — Camp Bath & Body Works, Fall Farmer's Market, and Fall Festival, to name a few. Stakeholders narrowed the field to two, and I owned the full buildout of Fall Festival — concepting both the in-store marketing and the activation ideas that would make the event feel special.
Outcome
After several rounds of reviews and a customer panel, the scope was reduced to in-store marketing only. My initial over-the-top marketing moment was simplified through further iteration — but I was able to champion one addition that made it through: a sticker-pack giveaway featuring my original illustrations.
